...random lycanthrope sculpture, I'm going for something based on the notion of the lycanthrope tearing off his skin when the transformation takes place - so he's gonna be posed like he's ripping open a shirt, which will actually be his own chest/torso, all lavishly decked in blood and gore and just the sort of thing to send the kiddies off to bed with...
