The brief this time was to dress a series of display-units with giant-sized versions of the chocolate blocks that make up a typical Cadbury's Dairy Milk bar...
We started by making a paired set of the enlarged blocks, from which we took a couple of silicone moulds:
- from these we cast up... well, a lot of blocks. Enough for four display units, at any rate.
They were finished, sprayed with the chocolate-colour we'd mixed, then lacquered, ready to be fixed to the units - the first finished one shown here on site at the Cadbury store.
